If your domain is housed at a registrar outside of WiX, the cost includes: 
 
> The ‘pointing’ of the domain (not transfer) from your registrar to the WiX account your new site is in.
> Connecting Hosting (hosting must be established and purchased by client).
> Final checks to ensure the site is hooked up properly to ensure optimum performance.

(Please Note: Pointing of a domain can take up to 72 hours to propagate – hosting is not included)
